What we collect
Here’s what we get, and when.
- BROWSING
- No cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking pixels. Fonts, images and video come from this site itself, so looking around sends no requests to anyone else.
- YOUR CART
- The shirts you add, with size, wash and quantity, are saved in your own browser (under the
name
inc-cart) so they’re still there when you come back. It stays on your device until your order goes through, or until you clear it. - YOUR ORDER
- At checkout, Stripe collects your email, name, card and US shipping address. The order lists each shirt with its size, wash and quantity. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch this site.
- MESSAGES
- If you use the coaching form, it sends us your name, email and message. If you email us, we get whatever you write.
- SERVER LOGS
- Our host, Vercel, keeps logs for the checkout function. Those can include your IP address and browser details.
Who handles it
Us, and the services this site runs on.
- US
- Iron Never Changes. We use your details to pack and ship your order, and your messages to answer you.
- STRIPE
- Runs the checkout page and takes the payment, so it handles your card, email, name, shipping
address and what’s in your order.
Stripe’s privacy policy - VERCEL
- Hosts this site. Its logs for the checkout function can include your IP address and browser details.
- WEB3FORMS
- Carries the coaching form to our inbox: your name, email and message.
Web3Forms’ privacy policy - GMAIL
- Our inbox, run by Google. Your emails and coaching form messages land there.
Why we use it
Three reasons, and only these:
- To fill and ship your order.
- To answer your messages, coaching included.
- To keep the records a business has to keep.
We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for the reasons above and no others: your order, your messages, and the records a business has to keep. You can ask us to delete them any time, except the records the law requires us to keep. Your saved cart lives in your own browser, and you can clear it whenever you like.
Your choices
- SEE IT
- Email us and ask what we hold about you.
- DELETE IT
- Ask, and we’ll delete it. The only exception is records the law requires us to keep.
- CLEAR THE CART
- Clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the saved cart is gone.
- JUST LOOK
- Browsing asks nothing of you. You only give us details when you order or write to us.
Seeing or deleting your data takes one email to ironneverchanges@gmail.com.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.
Changes to this page
If anything here changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. This version took effect October 13, 2026.
